We will have to try that! Hopefully that dish will still be there when we go back to Blue Bayou
It’s very good (we also enjoy the Chicken Gumbo.) If you’re not a fan of Blue Cheese, you’ll probably want to ask for that on the side. Also, this is a “split” dish–they’ll split your dish for an upcharge of 10 bucks or so (though, they give you more food and each an appetizer–I think the charge is probably worth it.
